There are many examples I can give you where the kit was of great use, here are a few:

1.In Laos at the waterfalls outside Luang Prabang, an Israeli got stung by a swerm of bees all over his head and upper body. I gave him Apis .

2.In India an indian lady stood on a rusty nail and i gave her Ledum.

3.A French woman in Laos had a headache, was restless and had pain in her joints so i gave her Rhus Tox.

4. An Israeli friend of mine had Diarreha in India and vomiting and thought he was going to die. I gave him Aconite.

5. In Thailand an Irish woman got severly sunburnt on a trek in the north so i gave her Belladona.

6. I felt nauseous and faint on a bus ride in Laos from Van Vieng to Van Tien so I took Nat. Mur.

7.A Canadian girl had an infected cut and scratches on her shin . I gave her Calendula orally and in a cream.

8. An English lady was covered with mousqeato bites in Laos. I gave her Aconite.

9. My neighbour in India had a bad cough and cold from smoking too much. I gave him Nux Vomica.

10. An English girl in India knocked her toe and it got swollen. I agve her arnica.

I signed on the computer just now to write to you and tell you that since I wrote to you I have done just what you suggested I should do, and also noticed that the dose you suggest is one pill and not the three or four that I have been accustomed to. Also, I am used to giving a dose every 30 minutes or so in acute cases, and realize that I may be incorrectly doing so. I first met Mary Aspinwall about 13 years ago, when suffering with a chronic sinus problem which had plagued me for years. After a consultation with Mary in her Healing Rooms, she gave me a remedy. A week later my sinus problem had cleared up and has not bothered me since.
I then attended one of her Basic Homeopathy courses and found it very beneficial for everyday common illnesses and bumps and bruises. I have four children who have never taken an antibiotic. As a medical doctor, I was always taught (and believed) that homoeopathy was ineffective and unscientific. However, personal experience changes all. Some years ago I developed abdominal pain which was severe and debilitating. I knew that this was likely to be due to gall stones but I did not want to have surgery or other invasive treatments. I went to see Mary in some pain after a week of little sleep. She asked me lots of questions which had little to do, I thought, with my presenting symptoms and gave me the little white homoeopathic pills at the end of the consultation. I went home more in hope than expectation yet within half an hour the pain was easing and after an hour it had gone, never to return. In addition, my general health improved with more energy and a more relaxed state of mind. Do I have gall stones? Probably, do I need to have surgery? Definitely, not as I am well, with no symptoms and an improved level of health.

I worked for Mary for a period of approximately three years, starting out as her personal assistant. During that time Mary's practice went from being a small but well-regarded establishment of three rooms, to occupying a town house that Mary had converted specifically for use as a multi-disciplinary alternative medicine centre. That alone is a testimony to the standing in which Mary is held, as that kind of growth would not have been possible without a list of cured cases to her credit.
